After registration, the Apartment Association frames
its bye-laws and get it approved from the Co-operative
Department.All the bye-laws should be in accordance
with the provision of Acts.
The Co-operative Department appoints a returning officer
who shall conduct the election of a committee and the
office bearers for the management of the society. All
the bye-laws for membership, general body meeting, special
general body meeting, committee, powers of the housing
committee, accounts and audit and in general management
approves the bye-laws and returns to the society for
following the provisions.For an Association, rules and
regulations of the owners association are approved by
the Registrar of Societies along with the
memmorandum of association.
